Ordering Guidelines

If you're reading this page, we hope you've found something you like on this site!

Some things to note:

1. For starters, this is a weekend-only delivery service. However, we may accept limited weekday orders on a case-by-case basis(email us at masalachoc@gmail.com to enquire).
2. We deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and most Public Holidays. Please check the homepage often for changes to our delivery schedule. Our delivery timings:
Saturday - 4 pm -7 pm
Sunday - 11 am- 2 pm
Public Holidays - check site for updates
3. All orders close on Wednesday nite for delivery during the upcoming weekend i.e. order on 1st, receive on 4th or 5th. Advance orders are MOST welcome (help us plan ahead!)
4. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please inform us at least 3 days before your delivery date (cancellation not permitted for 'advance notice' items e.g. roast beef).
5. Minimum order is $35, plus $15 delivery charge*. For orders $60 and up, delivery is free. Self Pick-up may be arranged upon request.
6. Payment is by Cash-on-Delivery only. For orders above $100 in total value, we will request a 50% deposit via bank transfer (details will be given when we contact you about your order).
7. We reserve the right to replace selected menu items with a similar item should there be unforseen shortages (though we hope this never happens)

*excluding $28.80 launch sampler set special for delivery on 30 or 31 Jan - which comes with free delivery.
