1. Please send an email to us asap to receive our order form. All orders to be in by 25 Sept 2010.
2. Payment is by COD. For orders of more than $100, we require a $50 deposit via bank transfer.
3. Delivery will be on 28 or 29 September 2010 between 5-8 pm. For orders of $50 and above, delivery is FOC. For orders under $50, a $15 delivery charge applies.
